I had a cartoon light bulb flash above my head last night. This idea was so amazing that i fell out of bed! (really i did but only because we were on a slant)
this idea was to give us all NICKNAMES!

The Journey So Far.................

We are 16 days in to this little adventure and I haven't been doing enough photos on to the blog, so I am going to put up some funny and just some good photos we have on our camera.

Burgess' and the Memen's

While we have been at Alice Springs, the Burgess' and the Memen's have been at the caravan park with us.
on my other post, i mentioned a ride with a G-force rating of 5?, well Ben (Burgess) was crazy enough to go on it AND have a dagwoodog afterwards!
We have done most of our gorge and gap visits with them while we have been here.
THANX GUYS FOR BEING HERE AND GIVING US SOMEONE TO TALK TO!!!!!!!
will go to Tennant Creek tomorrow and hopefully will be in Darwin in 5 days.
Might not have internet for a couple of days so if i dont update it will be because of that.

Alice Springs Show

Yesterday (6 of July) we went to the Alice Springs Show. Now as all kids know the first thing you want to do is go on a ride that as a g-force rating of 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Because im not crazy i just went on the hurricane and the CHA CHA and mum forgot to take a photo! :(
The AS show was really good but i guess anyone would say that if u got a huge serve of strawberry ice cream in a cone for 3 DOLLARS!
Anyway after that we went to the old Alice Springs Goal and the Royal Flying Doctors Service museum (the flying simulater was broken)
Today we will go to the Old Transport Museum and a gorge.

Dinky The Singing Dingo

After we went to rainbow valley, we decided on our way back to Erldunda, we would go to Sturts Well and listen to the only singing dingo in the world.

As we drove back from Kings Canyon, we noticed that the fuel light was on. Dad said we would fill up at Curtain Springs but when we got there..........the pump was empty.

Dad and mum quickly worked out that we should make it to Erldunda but if something happened we would not make it.

As we fell asleep i got up to go to the loo when i saw it. I rubbed my eyes and smiled,the fuel truck had arrived at 8:30 at night, 

here is a another picture of Amity patting the wild Emu that Quinn would not even go up to it for a moment. (For people who do not know, Quinn is scared of anything with wings.)

Hope that everything is alright in Pirie and that UG, Auntie Ros and Lucia are having a good time on holidays!

Uluru and Kings Canyon

Sorry that i couldn't blog while in curtain springs because we had no power.

As the lanes looked up at Uluru they were not scared..........sort of.
but, with strength they never thought they had the 4 of them made it.

but then it hit us....... we had to go down!
Unlucky enough it wont let me put up the video so i guess its only a half movie!

anyway, we did Uluru on Sunday the 1st and i will put up some stuff of kings canyon.
